6. User-Generated Content

If the Site allows you to post or submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials), you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. However, by submitting content, you grant Jaytech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site and Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indiana, USA.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and Services, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Site and Services.
